We’re throwing out the clichés to bring you less Omm and more Oomph. FS8 is low on impact and high on sweat. It’s all about firing those muscles, building strength, stability and flexibility.
FS8 is for everybody and every body. Our group fitness studios encourage community connection, no-ego attitudes and sweating it out alongside your FS8 Fam.
With over 30 workouts and 3000 exercises, get ready for a new remixed experience every single time you step into an FS8 Studio.

Never been on a reformer before? Never been to a yoga class? Don’t worry, first-timers are very welcome at FS8!
Our classes are designed for you to go at your own pace. Our experienced and friendly trainers are here to guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper technique every step of the way.
You sure do. FS8 exercises are designed to minimise the impact on your joints, but this doesn’t mean you won’t need that sweat towel. Our classes are low on impact and high on sweat so get ready to build strength and endurance and feel those muscles burn!
If you have an injury, you must first seek professional advice from your medical practitioner. Once you have been given clearance to exercise from your medical practitioner, you must notify our instructors who can then modify any exercises to cater to your injury and suit your fitness level.
Every damn time! Whilst every workout will give your whole body a balanced workout, some workouts will focus on big, whole-body movements and other workouts will focus on different, individual body parts throughout the class equalling a full body burn.
